My firm is 100% virtual so you don’t have to be a local for me to work on your books, and you will always have online access to view your bookkeeping records whenever you choose.
I currently only work with clients using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) software.

Every client will get a customized Chart of Accounts, access to a private client portal for easy and safe collaboration, and unlimited phone and email support.

Clean-Up/Catch-Up Services
If you haven’t been able to keep up and find yourself months/years behind, or your books are just messy and inaccurate, this ONE-TIME service is what you need. How I’ll get you back on track:
- Enter, check, and categorize missing transactions into QBO
- Review and fix mis-posted transactions
- Fix setup irregularities
- Provide updated financial reports which can be used for tax preparation if needed
- Final meeting to discuss reports and best practices moving forward
Monthly Bookkeeping Services
Helping your business thrive with monthly, ongoing services where I keep your books up to date.
- Enter and categorize transactions
- Verify them against your bank/credit card statements (ie. reconcile them)
- Monthly financial report preparation
- 1099 preparation
- Annual reports for tax preparation (I work with your tax preparer to ensure everything is in order)
- Option to add invoicing, Payroll, A/P (money out) or A/R (money in) services
Financial Advisory Services
At the end of each month, I’ll analyze and interpret your financial reports, and meet with you to discuss what your business’s financial health looks like, what your goals are, and how we can get you there.
We’ll celebrate the positives and identify any issues that might be putting your profit in danger.
